I stopped by the drive-thru and it felt like I was sitting there forever. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or just having one of those days, but by the time I got my sandwich it was kind of cold. The staff was nice, so I’ll give them that, and I get that places get busy, but yeah... not the best stop today

The Cousins Subs near me is usually really clean, which I appreciate. The tables are wiped down, the floors don’t feel sticky, and even the drink area is kept up well. Even when it’s busy, the place still looks nice inside, so it’s easy to sit down and enjoy my food. I do wish the instructions or signs were a little clearer sometimes, especially when ordering or figuring out where to wait, but overall it’s been a good experience...

Their hours are just easy, easy to work around. They’re open late enough that I can stop in during my lunch breaks, and I never have to wonder if they’re actually open or not. Super handy

Some Cousins Subs are really good and fast. Others are just okay. Same order can taste different by location. Not bad. Just kinda inconsistent

Not saying it was awful, but come on—give me a few interesting options at least. It felt like there just wasn’t much to pick from

It’s a good size overall and works fine, but it could be a little bigger. I feel like if something is advertised or priced a certain way, it’s only fair that you get a bit more for your money.
